Parker Wilson have completed a number of the Government's Standard Assessment Procedure (SAP) calculations for dwellings. The SAP
procedure measures a dwelling's building fabric performance and energy usage, accounting for renewable or low energy provisions.
This gives a SAP rating, on a scale of A to G, for the subject dwelling and a notional building of the same size. To comply with
Part L the design building should score at least the same A to G rating as the notional.
As well as carrying out the SAP assessment we have the expertise to advise you how to improve SAP performance and resolve compliance issues.
